We pack every BIKERECT stand with maximum care to make sure it arrives safely and without damage.

Shipping to Slovakia and abroad:

BIKERECT products are delivered by DPD as standard to Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Customers in these countries can place and complete their order directly through our online store.

Ordering 3 or more stands?
Due to DPD weight limits and shipping rates, we recommend splitting your purchase into separate orders of no more than two stands each. Shipping three or more stands in a single consignment is considerably less economical.

We can also deliver BIKERECT products to other countries. In this case, shipping availability and cost will be calculated individually according to the destination and the number of stands ordered. Please contact us before placing your order.

Personal pickup:
You can pick up your stand free of charge in Velké Meziříčí. During pickup, we will be happy to show you how to use the stand correctly.

Delivery of an assembled stand to your address:
By prior agreement, we can also arrange personal delivery of an already assembled BIKERECT stand. This option is available mainly for orders of 3 or more pieces, or individually depending on your location and our planned delivery routes.

Warranty and service

BIKERECT stands are covered by a 24-month liability for defects. Each stand is checked before dispatch to make sure it is properly prepared and complete.

If you are not sure whether the stand is compatible with your bike, we recommend entering the type and size of your bike in the order note. For the maintenance stand, this information helps us adjust it precisely to your bike.

If you have any questions, need to make a complaint or require advice on using the stand, you can contact us at any time. We manufacture BIKERECT ourselves, so we know exactly how to check, adjust and service the product.
